Atsitiktinio sociologo nuotykiai
Puiki naujiena – pasirodė nauja mums gerai pažįstamo sociologo P. Bergerio knyga „Adventures of an Accidental Sociologist: How to Explain the World Without Becoming a Bore“. Iš esamos jo kūrybos žinome, jog nuobodaus mokslininko etiketė Bergeriui tikrai nelimpa, tad galime tikėtis įsitraukti į dar vieną nepaleidžiantį sociologo kūrinį.
Knygoje autorius dalinasi prisiminimais iš savo mokslinės karjeros kelio, kalba ne tik apie probleminius klausimus, kurie inspiravo jo darbus, bet ir sutiktus žmones, lemtingus įvykius, situacijas. Bergeris stengiasi perteikti sociologinį jaudulį, kurį sukelia socialinio gyvenimo tyrinėjimai. Knyga parašyta su humoru, joje gausu originalių įžvalgų, ironijos, intymių asmeninio gyvenimo detalių.
